Expert Posts: 2258	My daughter wanted to try getting some close pictures of horses on the barrels today so here is some of what we got. This is my 4 yr old and my daughter was sitting on the ground about 5 ft from the barrel. It is good practice for the colts having a distraction at the barrel and teaches the kid how to get out of the way if it goes wrong! We didn't run her over . 	I don't see any kid ......... but if you want a distraction ... sit the kid up on the fence with a cattle whoop with a walmart bag tied on it to wave at rider ... sure a lot safer .. because accidents do happen ...
