Which sire do you believe to be of higher quality! Performance, conformation, registration. Just all in all which is the better sire to produce the best rodeo foal. I do not plan on breeding to either simply becuase neither of them really appeal to me in their conformation. I just noticed have closely related they are! Both a frenchmans guy son and both have special effort as a great great grand son on dams side. They both have conformation faults and both are palomino. So I'm just curious as to who you guys felt was of greater value as a sire.

Sire 1: Technicolours ( much more well known)

Sire 2: ima special kindaguy

Just off the cuff I'm going to say Technicolours. They are trying to promote him, putting him in incentives and advertising.Name recognition means alot and incentives means alot to alot of people.  I've never even heard of the other horse really.  Just out of curiosity, what "conformation faults" do you see?

The second one is young and "new".  Myers will likely promote the heck out of him and his foals.  (When he has any.)  That said, I have no opinion as to the origional queston.  I'm not a fan of either one.

Both are very nice, crossed on the right mare - the bottom sides are quite different, except that one line to SE.

Technicolours is proven on the track, and his maternal side is Hot Colours, Easy Jet and Hempen.
Ima Special Kindaguy is a young, and his maternal side is Special Leader and BA75.

Ima Special Kinda Guy. I seen him in person, I didn't see any huge conformation flaws and I am sure Myers will promote the heck out of him.

IMO their are way to many FG studs out there. Doesn't anyone like something different. I like a dark horse so to speak.

Its just my oppinion but I don't like paliminos. I have a fillie I bought back out of a mare I bred/owned /raised and sold. She is out of a son of Frenchmans guy. so I was very happy when I found out she is a chestnut with flaxen main/tail.

I would choose Ima Special Kindaguy. I think Myers know which of FGs offspring appear to have his same characteristics and which are likely to pass those same traits onto their offspring. Look at A Smooth Guy - he is beginning to really take off! And by that I mean in the arena AND the breeding shed. They are able to get the best jockeys on their colts and prove them in the arena. I believe their two new junior sires will be the same. A lot of opportunity to market those foals the best way possible. I have seen tons of people asking "who to breed to " and ASG is commonly suggested. I believe the two junior sires of Myers will have the same future.

They know what they're doing when they choose their stallions. Look at Cowboys Cartel . . . his 2yos sold for outrageous amounts at the sale this fall. I certainly would put my money into that kind of program.

I also don't believe the pictures of Ima Special Kindaguy do him justice.

Because the other one is only a 4 year old and they have just introduced him to the public a few months ago. I think he'll be in just about as many incentives as you can get.
