| Psalm 10:1-7 Why do You stand afar off, O Lord? Why do You hide in times of trouble? The wicked in his pride persecuted the poor; Let them be caught in the plots which they have devised.
For the wicked boasts of his hearts desire; He blesses the greedy and renounces The Lord . The wicked in his proud countenance does not seek God; God is in none of his thoughts.
His ways are always prospering; Your judgements are far above, out of his sight; As for all his enemies, he sneers at them. He has said in his heart, " I shall not be moved; I shall never be in adversity."
His mouth is full of cursing and deceit and oppression: Under his tongue is trouble and iniquity.
It's a deep question. Why doesn't The Lord do something about the prosperity of the evil and suffering of the righteous?
In this psalm, we see the heart of the problem as the Pslamist pours out his heart, " Why do You stand afar, O Lord?" We also see the heart of the wicked up close and it's ugly. The psalm concludes with a view into the heart of God, where we will find justice and mercy.
The heart of the evil doer will be exposed. Ther are no cosmetics that can cover up in the vileness found within the heart of the wicked. Their hearts are full of deception and pride with their evil boasting. " There is no God!" The Pslamist says they do not seek God, nor is He in their thoughts. In their audacity and arrogance , they disregard God's law saying "I shall not be moved" in other words, they believe there is no future judgement. They laugh as they mock God and relish in their false sense of security. Their arrogance is ignorance. They may use their mouths momentarily to blaspheme and deceive. However, there is a day coming when all. Outs will be shut, and the only voice that will be heard is that of the righteous Judge. To the guilty He will say, " Depart from Me, all you workers of iniquity." Luke 13:27
To the firmly guilty now cleansed by the blood of His Son, He will say, " Enter into the joy of The Lord" Matthew 25:21 we have many questions in this life. However, the sovereignty of God is unquestionable. GOD WILL TRIUMPH!
God's Triumph over evil

Yesterday was slack steer wrestling, calf roping, and barrel racing, a group of us watching. It became a consultation in sharing Gods Word
We have a friend Mary F Carter, doing treatments for cancer, the new chemo is shrinking her tumors , but the side effects are causing gout, and other issues. Poor woman is having a really hard time she is 73 yrs young a very independent woman. A close friend of hers was sharing how hard Mary was having hard time accepting help in any area right now. I shared that during my chemo treatments, me being the same independent person, it was hard to let go of control , simple things as laundry, driving to cancer center everyday for radiation. My Mom took me, did my laundry, cleaned my house, I still made the strength to tend to my barn of 7 horses.with help of my husband. It's a humbling experience. I came to realize I was letting my pride be in the way of not wanting help. I could do it, may take me longer but I could do it. I had to step back and let go, let others help me when they ask to, see when you allow others to help no matter what, they are being blessed,and so are you. I had to let go of my pride, and control. When you are in this situation like cancer, or other illness, when people ask to help LET THEM, it's their only way on dealing with what you are going through, they can't so anything with your illness, but they can do others things to feel like they are being supportive and by allowing them to do anything they can, bring food, clean house, laundry, it gives them a sense of pride (different pride) .
Allow them to Bless You, and u too will be blessed !
So if you are going through anything , and someone ask if they can help LET THEM , THEY WANT TO or they wouldn't have ask
