Location: In a happy place | Thank you all for thinking of me. I finally found someone this summer to start a remodel on my house. We started on the outside and then I pulled out the "cardboard" bathtub out and because the bathroom is too small to put in a porcelin tub I had them make me a tub out of tiles like a shower. You would have thought I was an alien when I was trying to explain this. Well this bunch was like working with the three stooges. Let them go. Then this fall I found a wonderful family that is kind and know what they are doing. So we started on the inside redoing cabinets in kitchen and bathroom. But they didn't have their granite people available to the cabinet tops. Hired another three stooges....fired him. I love what RHI has done but I still need to do the floors. I have decided to get some cheap rugs, live on the concrete and wait till the stock market gets better. I have been stressed beyong measure.
But after my 3 month doctor appointment my labs show that I am doing great. Wonderful news. She said I am doing so good I can go to 6 month intervals instead of 3. My cancer score is 9 and she actually used the word remission. I was beside myself.
So I have been busy. Lots of other family things going on but I don't want to go into that.
I have decided to sell my colt. I just don't seem to have the heart and desire to ride any more. I have tried but the try is gone out of me. I hate it because I lived to ride my horses. But I guess life changes.
I hope all of you are doing well. I think of all of you often. |
