canchaser_412 - 2016-01-28 8:56 AM You should never feel like you are dieting... I did that for years.... with Zeal, Plexus, body by vi, Advocare, Atkins, Medifest, Ideal Protein. you name it I tried it. they all made me sick, or put me in the hospital and seemed to be such a quick fix that I gained it all back plus some after I quit taking the products. You should never be hungry either. I started eating healthier and less in April 2013 along with getting proper supplementation into my body as it was lacking in all depts. I have lost 70lbs and 54 inches for the 1st time in years I have lost inches and weight. I have 100 more pounds to go but still a work in progress.
Congratulations on your weightloss!

Diets failed me my whole life. Last Oct I started stair climbing. Hubby and I climb at least 86 floors 3x a week. When we cant climb we pull tires for 45 minutes. I eat what I want now!!! My entire body has changed. I am thin and my cardio is insane. For the first time i have a flat stomach. NO diets just exercise. Its wasnt fun the first couple months but I enjoy it now.
Good luck to everyone on their journeys.

Don't diet! Change your eating/exercise habits!! Drink only water, absolutely no soda, avoid lots of bread! Eat only food you can find on a farm!! You can't find chips, crackers, or corn flakes on a farm!! Eat fruits, vegetables, and meats you could kill on a farm!! I promise you will feel ten times better!!!!! bread for breakfast is ok on occasion or the occasional bowl of pasta but make it a treat and only a serving not a pan full!!!! We are poisoning ourselves with processed foods in the country!!!!!
