For all the mommys that have experience with this, what are some MUST have things in your trailer and what extra items do you buy that stay in the trailer so you don't have to unpack and repack?

Wipes, diapers, a portable highchair, a whole backpack full of toys. Infant sunscreen and bug spray, and I kept extra formula in there just incase (although I did breastfeed.) As well as diaper rash cream and infant motrin. And LOTS of blankets.

Yes! This!

I didn't actually get to go to races after having my first and getting pregnant again, but I did haul out a lot to ride at a friend's place. I don't have an arena. For mild days, it was really nice having an extra pack n play (got a used one at a yardsale) and the sunshade/mosquito netting. Was nice not to have to drag it back and forth between the trailer and my house. Gave my daughter some toys and she'd play in there for quite a while and even nap sometimes, and I could still keep an eye on her. We put her next to the arena, on the outside. This worked til she was about 9 mos old and mobile, then she didnt want to be cooped up.
I also kept a basket of extra wipes, a sunhat, baby sunscreen, a clip on battery operated fan, etc in my truck.
