Veteran Posts: 264	L & W's customer service was a nightmare for me. Months of waiting, then they sent the wrong bit and refused to refund my money. I agree with the above poster and suggest ordering from Shallow Creek! Quick, great prices and excellent customer service!

Extreme Veteran Posts: 492	L&W has always been great to me! I like their mouthpieces much better than Shallow Creek, especially if you wanted a twisted mouth. The Shallow Creek twisted mouth bits I have got in the past have been thin and were like pieces of wire twisted together. I think L&W is much better quality!
