Paint broodmare worth??

Proven performer on the track by First Wrangler out of an Easy Jet Too mare that is proving to be a producer too. Her only offspring to be put on the track
(only two total
) is in training right now and the exercise rider is calling her "painted grace" because we had a stakes winner named grace and this filly is following her foot steps. I don't know what to price this mare at. Conformation ally correct and built like a brick house. The owner is downsizing and ask me to sell her and I haven't the slightest clue what to ask for her. I know the paint world isnt as "big" as the QH world. Also, are there any paint horse sale web pages?

If your mares name is SHEZA EASY WRANGLER ...
Starts 6, 3 wins, 0 place; 1 show ......or 6 3-0-1 is standard race talk
LTE: $12,741 Speed Index 85
http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/sheza+easy+wrangler
Let me help you with your language .... she is not a producer on the track just because she has a baby in training and if you hide in the shadows and listen to the same exercise rider they will say every horse they ride is going to be a champion ... they are not going to have a trainer nor owner mad at them for telling the truth .. they need that day money to live on... so every ride is an improvement ... lol ..
Paint horses are a hard sell due to the management at APHA ... they both worked at the appy association and killed it with color rules and inuendos and are doing the same thing with APHA ... pull up the APHA race horse breeding rules and how they have to be bred in order to even get on the track ... they have gone color crazy yet the top 5 leading paint race sires are crop out qh's .... yet APHA are color crazy and treat solid bred paints like step children ... you have to read the rules for race and events to believe the nonsense that has happened at APHA ..
Hopefully your mare has a regular registry registration to help her to be sold.. that means she is probably a tobiano ...
She is a well bred paint mare and when paints were fun to own would have been welcomed in many a broodmare band ... do some research on EASY JET TOO and you will see how well thought of he was as a sire ...
I thought you were describing a daughter of EJT I owned ... HEMPENS EASY CRUISER .. who I bred to First Wrangler and got ARTIC STORM who was a really nice barrel, English and other event athlete in Florida .... and then came JESS AWESOME by Alabama Schoolboy that won over $8k on the track and some fool parked the training track harrow too close to the walker and she almost cut her rear foot off which ended her race career ... I sold Cruiser to a paint breeder in east Texas several years ago ...
Some one that knows their paint bloodlines will appreciate this nice mare especially if she is colored ..
Price research will bring tears to your eyes when you go to the paint section of the Heritage Place winter sales and not sure if they sell any paints in their yearling sale anymore or not .. google Heritage Place Sale and go to catalogue/sale results by year ..
If any of you barrel racers are reading this and love paints ...... this is a really nice mare .... breed her to a palomino Frenchmans Guy with DTF and go win you some money... check out Chirstie Heilbrun on FB .. she has a nice paint breeding operation ....
GOOD LUCK .. it's a shame APHA has fallen apart!!

Thanks y'all. She's a cool chick. I'm pretty excited about her filly this year. She just keeps getting better. Finally starting to look like a "race horse" on the track and not a "baby" lol. Really starting to enjoy going fast.
On the exercise jockey note. This exercise jockey rides about 20 horses a day. Only 2 for my trainer. He has worked with my trainer for over 20 years. They are very close and generally agree on a horses ability and want to both on positive and negative notes. He's not a kid looking to make $. He makes plenty and doesn't need my trainers 2 horses to put food on the table. I honestly don't believe he would lie or mislead anyone intentionally. I know the race world can be shady. I happen to have been lucky enough to be taken in by some very good, honest people. Now, I don't think the paint filly will be able to run like grace. That horse was wicked but like we've been talking, she doesn't have to outrun the QHs Lol. If she is half the horse grace is, we are golden lol.
