I'm going to try my girlfriends Tami Semas tomorrow.  But I'm just wondering, for those of you that have them, do they soften up easily?  The one I'm trying is all rough out but I looked at another friends (not rough out) last fall just after she got it and it was so stiff.  It looked uncomforatbly stiff.  She said it's still quite stiff but she hasn't rode in it all winter.

Thoughts?

I have two of them, neither are stiff but I bought both of them used so they were broke in already.

Imo good leather is stiff-a little elbow grease and good saddle oil makes those "good" saddles much better!

Mine is all roughout.  It is stiff but not uncomfortable to ride in.  I just consider it good quality thick leather..

Mine is like butter, all rough out but my fenders are smooth!
