I start my run on the balls of my foot, but by the end of it, it has gotten pushed in some. Usually not "all the way" though.

I used to run my old horse with rubber bands on my feet, but for some reason, I just can't stand that anymore. I feel like my foot gets pushed way too deep in the stirrup and it bothers me. But I rarely lose a stirrup so it's not an issue.

I think Im a middle of the roader. It drives me crazy to have them all the way in, I feel like I cant control them. But it hurts to keep it on the ball riding all day. So im in between. I have always ridden bareback occasionally so I have terrible stirrup habbits I suppose. If you see me just walking my feet are like sideways, or not in at all
