Fallon Taylor's snapchat story had a pretty quick run through of how she keeps Baby Flo legged up.
It looked to me like she did some trotting and then sprinted/walked alternating followed by backing a significant distance and then she posted her after-ride routine.

Got me curious, how does everyone else keep their babies legged up and what do you do pre and post ride to keep them sound and feeling good?

I trail ride pretty much every day. If I need to work on a horse training wise i try and do it outside the arena. Insead of trotting the barrel pattern over and over I approach bushes , trees, etc. he is being tuned and doesn't even know it. Lol the terrain I ride in is up down and level.
