Veteran Posts: 120	When do you use the BOT quick wraps? Before a run, after a run, or both?? And why? Also has anyone tried the saddle pad liner?

Member Posts: 39	I use them overnight a couple of nights a week, and for sure the night before the race. I will also use them in the trailer on the way there, and keep on in the morning for a while. I wait to put them back on after the race until my horse is cool and dry. I like using them so much before to help my horse keep his legs tight, and muscles feeling good.

Elite Veteran Posts: 911 Location: Northern Ontario	I find my mare is much more limber and ready to work after wearing her bot for a bit. I have the blanket, quick wraps, and saddle pad liner (I always ride with it)...

Veteran Posts: 120	I'm really wanting to get the wraps for a ligament injury and I'll continue to use them once I get back to running for sure! Sounds like everyone seems to have good reviews.
