Horses that can handle magnetics but not BOT?

I've got a mare that I got BOT quick wraps for. Pretty much as they are setting on her, she becomes seriously aggitated. Pawing, pacing, stomping, head shaking whole nine yards. I've got dura-tech magnetics and as soon as those are put on, she completely relaxes, licks, chews sighs, is perfectly okay.
Has anyone else had their horses have a bad reaction to either magnetics or BOT products? Is it something that can be worked with and get them over it in time?

I just read the headlines

I have one that can't handle magnets, so it makes perfect sense to me that there are horses that can't handle BOT. There are some ladies on here that had bad experiences with BOT for humans.
My people chiro has a supplement she thinks may help my horse be able to handle magnets. If it works, I'll be sure to post.
I would just use your magnets and not use the BOT on that particular horse.

Magnets are completely different from BOT, magnets draw out heat and bot heats up
If she doesn't like it I wouldn't force it. Extra stuff like this is meant to reward the horse and make them feel better, not worse.
