If your mare is little and ratey, probably want to stay away from Awesome Ta Fame. He is cow bred on the bottom. While he is a nice horse, there are others way more proven for about the same price.

Are you talking about Awesome Ta First?

I think for some reason one that doesn't get mentioned on here often is Lions Share of Fame.  Amazing stallion with proven winners

I ADORE my Lions Share of Fame 4 year old. She is headed to Marne's next week for 60 or 90 days. I got on her for the first time in entirely too long this morning and she rode off like a champ. She was easy to break, has a head full of sense, and just tries to do right. Her dam was a AAA daughter of Casady Casanova and was a little fractious but very gritty so I think he really helped that. Plus LSOF really added some size and bone to the filly.

I'll start roping on her when she comes back from Marne also. She should be really quick across the line, lol. Id take another one out of him any day!

Lions share of fame is a really good one. I have liked him since I first seen him, when no one knew who he was. And he is a full brother to On a Gator if you didn't already know that.

I really like the obvious ones...
Lions Share of Fame or On A Gator - it is a proven cross
Firewater Ta Fame is stunning and good bone
Streaking Ta Fame - oh la la

Famous Bond (out of a Bondo Leo mare)
Dash Ta Traffic (out of Frenchmans Guy mare)
Feel The Sting (out of Stingray)
Mister Big Fame (out of Wranglers Ridge mare) - he is interesting
Royal and Famous (out of Go Royal Scarlett
The Red Dasher - young, and nice colts

It really depends on what you want on the bottom side.

Then there are dozens with DTF on the bottom, and top studs on the top...

Idk why, but I love Famous Bond!! I haven't seen anything that he has produced and idk anything about him, other than what their add says but he looks wow!

There are so many!!

In the past I have bred to Lions Share of Fame and KS Cash N Fame and am expecting a Woodbridge in 2017.

I had considered breeding to the The Red Dasher because he is close enough now I can go see him in person but after reading their contract I am a little turned off by all the terms and conditions that I feel are not reasonable and customary (I write contracts for a loving so I am very detailed at reading one before I sign it). And if I end up not breed to him it's because of his contract, not because of him as an individual.

What was different about their contract? Just curious as my daughter in law was really thinking hard on him.

There are a ton of fees they asses for different scenarios. Now their shipping fees are CHEAP - $95-120 per shipment and with every booked breeding you get a “free” breeding to one of their junior stallions. But it seems like they are making the money back from that on all the other fees they end up charging. I understand some of the fees they charge, but theirs are absorbent (IMO). I unfortunately have had all of the situations except 1 come up and thankfully I bred to stallions whose owners were much easier to deal with.
