| I have a Tammy Fischer Treeless saddle. It's just over a year old but hasn't been ridden every day. Horse was hurt, my work requires alot of travel, and its super hot here in the summer, so I'd say maybe 8 months of inconsistent riding. However, last night a little girl came to ride my horse. She didn't bring her saddle so I was trying to see how short my stirrups would go and I noticed the stirrup strap is tearing where it lays over the ring (not sure how else to describe it). First, I'm thankful that I had to try to adjust my stirrups, otherwise I never would have noticed it. However, I contacted our local Circle Y dealer and he sent me directly to Circle Y. Does anyone know how much this will cost and how long it will take to repair? |

| Mine did the exact same on both sides. They fixed it for free. I did have to pay for the shipping to get it there. I think it took about 6-8 weeks |

Location: Somewhere across the SABINE | Call Circle Y with your serial number, they should send a new all leather set on the house! THey gave one of my friends trouble about it and she didnt push the issue. I got mine though, then keep them until the biothane wears out. |

Location: Somewhere across the SABINE | Oh, its super easy to change out, so you dont need to ship your saddle. Just tell them you have someone local that does your leather work for you ;)

| Is the leather replacement free or do you have to demand it?
6-8 weeks is a long time! I'm going to have to find something else to ride with in the interim. Bummer. |

it's easy to fix, just keep a couple of "leathers" in the barn and replace as necessary

| I just got mine back from Circle Y. They paid shipping both ways. Reinforced the fenders and replaced the ring on saddle that fenders are attached to. It took around 4 weeks with shipping time. Had to ride in my old treed saddle and sure missed my Tammy Fischer. Both of my fenders ripped completely off. I called the dealer I bought it from and was told there was a recall. Circle Y sent a call tag. No cost to me but had to go without for almost a month. |

| We do small leather work from our home and have repaired/replaced so many of these & fenders. I ride in a Tammy myself and just opted to pull the fancy fenders off and use a plain sturdy strip of leather. These saddles (although I love mine) don't seem to be made out of quality leather. |

| They are requiring me to send the saddle back but are paying for it. I'm out of a saddle for what they say is 4 weeks. I expect it to be longer. I'm not really impressed with the quality of the saddle but my horse likes the treeless route. It's the 3rd Circle Y. I had a TF before and the JBN. Won't buy another. I'm having to borrow a saddle for the time being. My horse is just going to have to be ok with a treed saddle. Gotta keep him in shape. |

Location: South | My JBN was made the same way. I sold it because of the quality. I was scared it would get me in a bind. |

Location: North MS | I called, got a return authorization number and only sent my fenders in. I paid shipping to them and three weeks later I got the all leather replacements. I did send mine in around January though. |
