I'm having a hard time deciding if I would like to either buy the shoulder relief cinch or the weaver air flex cinch. The shoulder relief is very expensive so which one should I buy?

I have a shoulder relief cinch, and honestly wasn't impressed with it. The fleece didn't absorb the sweat, I had beads of sweat on the tips of the fleece, but the fleece was still dry while the horse was soaked.
The leather is really hard and stiff.
The relief I bought for a specific horse who was more prone to develop cinch sores. She still developed sores with the relief cinch.
I wasn't impressed with customer service as I emailed them, and facebooked them and did not receive a response.
If I was ordering another, I would suggest going with the felt, maybe it will be better then the fleece.
I still like my pro choice shearling cinches the best
