Veteran Posts: 140	Does anybody use this? Liniment or gel? I'm looking for something to use instead of a poultice. Can this be used under BOT wraps? Do you use this before or after a run or both? Any other info would be great.

Married to a Louie Lover Posts: 3303	I use it and use it under my PHT because it's non heating (I do not have the magnacu, just the regular old PHT). I don't know about BOT and the newer magnacu. I use it on myself too and love it. Right now I just have the gel, but I'm probably going to get the concentrate too when I get more so I can spray them down quick after a workout.

Married to a Louie Lover Posts: 3303	Not sure what you mean by 70/30, water to linament ratio? I've only used the gel, which is no mixing use it out of the bottle. I did win a bottle of the concentrate today so I'll have to get a spray bottle and get it mixed up, haven't read the ratio instructions yet

Veteran Posts: 140	On the web it says you can buy either 70/30 or 50/50 so was J st wondering. There might not be an option in the gel only the other one.

Captain Of The Prude Broom Posts: 2153 Location: cincinnati, oh	the liquid is a concentrate that you can mix 50/50 or 70/30. The gel you just use straight. It is safe under BOT stuff and they even state that on their website. I love this stuff and swear by it for both myself and my horses. I spray my horses backs down before I saddle and I use it after workouts. For myself it helps tremendously for my low back pain. I also found out this summer it will take the sting out of a sunburn and make it fade in a jiffy! LOL I have a friend who used to be a bull rider and broke his neck and has messed up knees who was in terrible pain all the time. He is a heavy equipment mechanic and was really having a tough time crawling around under machines and getting up and down crawling in them. He got a bottle of the gel and uses it religiously every single day and swears by it. It really is good stuff.
