They settled out of court.i doubt that's speculation.and I asked for an explanation on here and they refused to answer.they were given the opportunity and didn't take it.

No, I do feed tribute and work at a feed mill but it is a farm coop making strictly swine and bovine feeds only.

I am not a rep, but do feed tribute feeds. I spoke to some higher ups at Tribute and visited a plant. MY mind was set at ease. Just because something was "settled out of court" does not mean that they paid them a chunk.. it can also go the other way. The people who opened the case could have also decided they didn't have a case, or their lawyer could have told them it would not hold up. Just my two sense..

I feed a mixture of Kalm n EZ and Kalm Ultra. I seen major changes in my horses when we switched over last year. I have been very satisfied with my experience and the professionalism I was given.

trust me,if it was the OTHER side that settled, tribute would have made it well known to protect their product dont you think??I mean really, wouldnt that be a great marketing procedure??

I do not agree or disagree with you. However, I work closely with lawyers on a regular basis.. and I sometimes have a different point of view. Everyone has their own opinions though, that's what makes us unique! I buy directly from a Kalmbach Mill, and after visiting MY personal mill.. I have no concern for my personal horses, and my lingering concerns were laid to rest. I hope you found a feed that you are happy with after all this!

I completely agree with u! I switched last year to kalm n ex and my horses have shown such a difference in build and attitude.

also I read the letter that tribute released in August and it states that the vets concluded that the horses did not become ill from the feed.

sorry for any typos posting from cell phone

I asked questions to the numerous people I had spoke with, and they basically redirected my questions to other questions they could answer. Obviously they cannot disclose specific information with it not being "public record" but, I was very satisfied with the outcome of our conversations! I also read the letter, glad I am not the only one! I am glad you have seen changes in your horses as well. Mine have been doing very well!
