Thanks There's a video on YouTube. Hang it up by the wither cutout (try to curry off as much hair before starting). Rinse, and then use EZ all or EQ Solutions horse wash to clean it. I let it sit for a few minutes and then rinse clean. Then dry on a panel out of the sun.
