Okay methods for busting up scar tissue GO! It is an old injury from a cinch breaking causing my hip to come out of socket.

Is this possible to bust up the scar tissue? Should i need to worry about just managing it because I can't get my hip any better?

Running around 17 miles a week and my hip just keeps getting tight. Physical therapy seems to be my bust option. But i know us horse ppl dang sure love our therapies. So what have you done?

Location: Idaho		Find a GOOD massage therapist. I had scar tissue in several number of places and it helped SO much! Get deep tissue, inform the MT about where you are hurting and that's where you need them to focus on. It will do wonders, I met with my MT once a week.
