I did have my Real Estate License. You have to be good at selling for sure! I can sell a horse, a house is a different story. I didn't have the heart for it, I felt like you have to be out for blood every time and I'm just not like that. I do know that it depends on where you are selling houses. My area is very difficult because its a lower income area. If you live in or close to a big city with lots of money folks I bet it would be a lot easier and fun. I would have loved to be able to sell farms or something like that, but we don't have any here. :(
