There was a lady that raised boston heelers from near Baton Rouge, La and she was in law enforcement somewhere around New Orleans, La. I am needing to contact her and any help would be greatly appreciated. I guess as we get older our memories are the first thing to go.
Thank you for your help in advance.

Try putting the area she lived in your title to get folks that may live near there to open your post

I believe it is a blue heeler and Boston terrier cross.

Blue heeler and Boston Terrier mix? Are they nuts. A large terrier that will kill rats and hamstring your cows?
