And I was shocked that a fellow was following him and his wife was filming him for quite some time through two counties. He was on the phone with 911. Also, it shocked me that the state of Texas doesn't have a law against texting and driving. I hope the he** they will pass a law to stop all the texting while driving, but I douth it will stop all of it.. We do need that law....

Also, it shocked me that the state of Texas doesn't have a law against texting and driving. Some cities and towns do have laws against hand held cell phone use and texting.
