Location: Got Lobsta?		I start by 5-6 tablets ONCE a day and when I start to see improvement - I lower the dose. In April I started 6 tablets once daily for a month than I would deviate from there. When we would have good stretch of days - 3 tablets - but when pollen/dust/bugs kicked in we went back up to 6. September and part of October lowered to 3 per day but than it warmed up and running noses and constant rubbing and 1 case of hives came. Back up to 6 tablets until next freeze. I saw improvement in 2 days.
