I recently have had some medical issues pop up that is leaving me pretty much house ridden for a little while until we figure out exactly what is going on. I am looking for some research/learning material on bits, so I am as educated as possible. I also have a more specific question on what you guys use on softening up a horse and getting them to soften into the bridle. She has been in an o-ring snaffle to soften and we have made great improvements, however I am wondering if I am on the right track or if I should consider a different bit to really get her to soften and drive up into the bit instead of stiffening.
