When you attend a large show or one out of state let say, do you do any extra bio-security? I was going to pick up some Virkon tablets to dissolve and spray down my stall and I already don't let my horses sniff noses with others, but does anyone give anything as an immunity booster or anything?
If there is a longer haul then usual do you do anything extra? She will be living in her PHT blanket and wraps with daily Omeprezole and lots of hand walking but is there anything else?

What do you count as a longer haul? 12 hours, 5 hours, etc?
Vaccinations are important. You can spray their stalls down. It sounds like you have a pretty good handle on what you are going to do.
I personally don't do an immune booster but I am not opposed to it either.
As far as hauling... we haul anywhere from 2 to 5-6 hours on a regular basis. We will stop about every 3 to offer water, etc. We haul naked
(lol
). No wraps, no magnets etc. This is how our horses travel though. I don't know how yours typically travel. When we haul to the world, we stop every 3 hours for about 15-20 minutes and half way mark
(6 hours
) we get them out, walk them around and let them move. Load back up after about 20/30 minutes and hit the road.

when we go and have to stall over night at shows we will put our horses on Animal Element Body boost for 2 weeks prior to show. knock on wood we have not had 1 cough or 1 snotty nose since we have been doing this. We used to have one horse that would always get a snotty nose after a show but has not in over 2 years

Yes ours have all their vaccinations. The haul is about 15 hours, we place to break it up and stop over night at 10 hours. We are thinking that at every fuel stop we will take them out to offer water and go for a walk. We usually dont haul more then 4 hours

I don't think you have to pull them out every time unless you have no way to offer water. Just standing in the trailer at your fuel stops for about 20 minutes is a good break with a large one in the middle, like your overnight break.
the omeprazole is a great idea too BTW.
