Proud User of Cow Boob Lotion Posts: 1220 Location: Texas	First I sold this horse over a year ago. I cannot buy him back at this time. However I can feed him. I picked him up today. First off he is skinny. His tail hasn't been brushed probably since I owned him. He is beat up from fighting with another stallion and geldings. His coffins is out of date. He now walks on you instead if beside you. All this I can fix. What I can't fix is his ears. He seamed to be holding his ears funny not his head just his ears. I got to looking at them and I be dang both are infected. Not sure what from but wth. Has anyone dealt with this and what do I do for him till Monday. I say Monday cause that's when the vet opens. Ill try to down load a photo.

Veteran Posts: 233	Nu-stock is supposed to work on ear infections, mites, icky things. Just squeeze a bit down in the ear, then leave it alone til you get to the vet.

Take a Picture Posts: 12842	Those ears need to be taken care of. It can affect their balance. Don't have an answer other than Camphophenique. You can get that at Walmart pharmacy or CVS. A couple of cc'S in each ear. To the vet on Monday.

Undercover Amish Mafia Member Posts: 9992 Location: Kansas	I'm going to assume possibly mites or nats without seeing a picture. When I had a mare turned out in pasture, the nats had eaten her ears raw. Brought her home and treated her ears and now they are much better
