You will work on fundamentals, foot work, placement of hands, problems you are having. and as long as you are willing to work she will work with you.
you will work on stopping in straight lines, forward motions, and hip work. Positive work

most of the time you will make a timed run the 1st day, to see what you need to work on. and make a timed run at the end of the clinic to see how much you have improved..

Plus Connie wont quit working with you if you are having trouble. She is so good and a ton of patience  I really enjoyed her clinic
