Location: Not Where I Want to Be | I would address the strange way she moves before I would try and price her.
There is something going on in the back half. If there is no pain she needs some work on moving out/forward.
Get that taken care of, and depending on what her Sire and Dam have done I would say start at $6k and be prepared that it's probably going to be a $5k sale.
ETA: she looks pretty good(appearance wise) and I was prepared to like her until I saw her move.

| Nothing wrong with her back end, she rates and moves based on the way i shift my weight. Guaranteed 1000% sound. We are also working collection. Little bit of a slow footed horse, but she's getting better.... only a 3yo.

I agree. Something is "off" the way her back legs move under her at the trot, and then she's hopping with her back end around the barrels on that last run through. My guess would be stifles, since the horse is a young horse.
Nice lookin' horse though, with a nice start on her. But I would def have her vetted.

Location: Gainesville, TX | I am going to agree here. It looks particularly obvious on the right hind. I would also have her vetted. I also am going to agree that it looks like a stifle issue though it could be any number of places. And her pedi is nice running lines but nothing that screams 'barrel horse,' so that will impact you some. You have her looking really nice and it looks like the training basics have also been well done; it's just that hind end movement that stands out.
And you are getting responses from people who do know what they are talking about. Maybe don't dismiss what they have to say but consider researching it. There is probably a reason a few of us now have pointed this out to you. Many buyers who will really care well for her will have the same questions. Instead of getting defensive and claiming she is 100%, maybe start with the assumption other people might be seeing something. Do some research and when your buyers call and ask questions based on that video you will have some answers.

But he said he guaranteed her sound. The buyer would, I assume, vet the horse before they bought her. And they'd have the soundness guarantee. So why can't people just answer the question? I think I'd price her at $7,500 |

Because the fact that she is off in her backend greatly influences the price. If she remains uncomfortable in the back end she is worth less. If he gets it addressed she is worth more. |

Location: Under The Big Sky Of Texas | I think shes a good looking filly, she may have looked a little sore in the way she moved and all that tail swishing told me she may have been sore are just didnt like spurs on her but I didnt really see anything wrong with her, I liked her, but around my part of the country she would bring anywhere from 3500 to 4500 maybe 5000, with her being so young and just started. I think shes a very good looking filly. |
