What are your favorite bits or collection of bits that are not flimsy/light weight but also don't cost over $100 to purchase? I've heard all of Sherry Cervis bits would fit into this category but that's all I really know from past experience.

I love my Kathy James. They work on a variety of horses and are great quality for a great price. Kathy is also super to work with.

JD Morrow makes Wrights bits and I had him make me one that's like a CM44, very nice work, quick turn around, and heavy IMO

The Fred Hunter bits are heavy. At or just under $100 for his. Wish more bits had some weight to them. The feel isn't the same with the lighter shanks.
