Needing opinions on Robbie Phillips saddles! Also, can someone tell me some prices I will call just wanted to get an estimate first. Also wanting to know about usher saddles? Thank you.

I had an usher brand saddle about a year ago. It was a nice saddle, and very comfortable, but the gullet was too wide for the colt I was riding so I sold it

Thank you for the replies. I'm looking for a deep seat and not looking to spend over 3,000.

I have a Robbie Phillips that I really really like. Next to a Caldwell, probably my faverite saddle I have had and I have tried a bunch.....like most barrel racers. hehee
I have not heard of or seen an Usher brand that I know of.

I know a lot of girls around here who ride in an Usher Brand saddle. I hear they are really nice saddles. I wish I had the money to get one.

I have an Usher brand saddle and absolutely love it! Have a hard to fit gelding, Clell came out himself to fit him properly. Couple months later I had my own design and perfectly fit saddle for both myself and horse. Love them!!!

I don't know anything about the other brand.
But I LOVE my ushers and can fit about anything with the medium width tree just by changing pad thicknesses !! They are the nicest people to work with and build very high quality saddles!!

Have you tried a Jordan Petersen Briggs saddle made by Shiloh Saddlery?
