How does everyone wrap with Runner's Relief? I have seen different people say saran wrap first and some say cotton first?? Then how many weeks did everyone do it?

Thanks!! Hope I am not hijacking the post too much :)
 

I've seen it done both ways. Their website says cotton quilt, saran, standing wrap. Leave on for 12 hours, take off, wash, let breathe for 12 hours, then repeat 6 days per week, 1 day off for 30 days or until next ultrasound, etc...

Location: Back Creek Valley!!!		Anyone used the runners Relieve Hot medicinal therapeutic soak. We have a mare with Soft Tissue Damage. We ice in the am with ice wrap for like 20 min and cold water in the pm
Any thoughts.
