I have a pozzi saddle and on my new horse it throws me forward. Just wondering what kind of saddle doesn't do that, Ive tried a burns and shilo but they dont fit her. I was thinking about a Martin or Merrill.. any suggestions???

I ride in a Pozzi Pro, and I don't tend to have any problems being thrown forward. But I also think it depends a lot on your horses style, and your own.
That being said, I have a Teskey's Ranch Saddle that sits me even deeper. They offer barrel saddles, but I don't know if it would give the same effect.

I haven't personally tried it, but Sherry Cervi just came out with a new Saddle, the Stingray. It's supposed to be built to help you sit, and stay deeper in your saddle. Just looking at pictures you can see a difference between how the Stingray and Cervi Crown C are built and how they're going to hold you.

Also, do you ride in a padded seat, or a hard seat? I've always noticed I get thrown forward more in a padded seat vs. a hard seat.
