I need to buy a new pad liner to put under my saddlerights and wanted to try the BOT liners, but stumbled across the Lux ceramic liners and they're about $20 cheaper.  I know that you can buy 2 of the BOT liners for about $105 shipped, but still two of the Lux would be cheaper.  Anybody used both and have a comparison?  I have never used any BOT products, so I don't have any knowledge whatsoever.  Thought if i'm going to buy a liner, for a few bucks more I could have something that may or may not offer some additional "feel good" for my ladies.

Thank you!  I love my saddlerights and just replace my liner every year, so thought this might be worth a try.  Prob out to just buy the BOT and get it over with!

I was not a believer in BOT stuff until I got this liner. My horse visably loved it the moment it went on. I literally had him all saddled up ready to ride and noticed he was sleepier than normal (Ha!). He was just too cute to ride that day so I untacked him. As soon as I took it off, he perked back up. So I threw just the liner back on him - back to being super relaxed. No back soreness since the day I bought it! So if you struggle with that, I highly recommend them!

I also never heard of the Lux ones, but I do use the BOT liner with my saddleright. Keeps them a lot cleaner, and BOT are easy to wash.

I bought a BOT from a board member and its so handy. Its nice and thin and keeps my 5 stars like new. And I can throw it into the wash anytime.

I paid $40 shipped for a used one, and I see them on the tack swap pages on FB for about the same price. I was not going to pay more and I did not need more than one.

They are just like those english quilted saddle blankets. Maybe a tad thinner. Very easy to wash.

I have seen them 2 for $99 quite a few times on various sites. I have had both mine for 3 years now and they are holding up real well!

I'm a big believer in BOT after I had to stall my horse over night at my local barrel finals after flash floods left us stranded at the arena.
I don't like stalling if I don't have to. I find my horse is stiff if he has to stay in. Well, I just got the bot sheet the day before so I never used is till that night. The next day...OMG! My horse was calmer, more relaxed and he warmed up soo smooth, and ran the faststest he's ran all year!
