Regarding chain port bits... the Petska, Molly Powell Rate and Turn and the Ed Wright chain pretzel LOOK so similar. Is there much of any difference between the three. Have only had a chance to try the MP so far and it seemed to work well. Opinions?

Having used numerous chain bits, nearly all of my horses work best in the Molly.

Really love the Petska. Didn't have as much look with the MP.

I have a Petska and a Tom Balding in a chain port. I haven't tried the others
(Ed & Molly
), but I love the Balding more than I like most people! Very balanced and feely.

Do you have the short or long shank in the Tom Balding?

Short, with the purchase and shank equal length.
