Location: IN MY OWN LITTLE WORLD AT LEAST THEY KNOW ME HERE | I was at a JP about a month ago and a young woman made a run on a lathered up horse. He was frantic when she went in. Needless to say it wasnโt pretty.
She came out and cominced to beating the crap out of the horses head. He was going absolutely nuts. Scared to death.
Hmmm so I called her down.
Hey donโt beat on that animal. Not here, not while Iโm here.
She looked at me and froze and good for her she didnโt say anything in response and went to her trailer.
I was sitting and waiting on it though as i was about to step off my mare and yank her off that poor horse and spank on her some.
****ed me off :[
Sighs Iโm getting less and less tolerant of idiots like that :| |

Location: Kansas | She should have loaded that horse up and went home. I don't think it was appropriate of her to run him especially while he was bleeding. Just goes to show how much she apparently cares for her animals |

Location: /ARKANSAS | I have been known to scream at people that are hitting horses over the head, actually reported one, then one came out of the arena sawing the bit in the horses mouth, reported her too. So I know I cannot keep my mouth shut, they wil take that stupid animal owner or me out in cuffs, I will not ever nor honestly can I keep my mouth shut. |

I would simply call 911 on my cell phone and tell them you witnessed severe animal cruelty!!!! In the mean time I would take videos for evidence, and probably " Accidentally" walk by and grab them by the shirt and jerk them off the horse and put my boot on their head on the ground until the cops got there.
Oh, is this not accepted practice in dealing with idiots??? There's a special place in hell for child/elder/animal abuse, in my humble opinion. |

| I don't tolerate abuse either. I've threatened to jerk a few people off their horses and beat the crap out of them if I ever caught them doing it again (male and female). A couple weeks ago there was a HS calf roper that was beating his horse after he missed. Several people reported him but he still to roped the next day. Should have been disqualified. I'm now on a mission to watch this kid every time he ropes and catch him doing it again. I plan on following him right back to his trailer and I'll have my phone and big mouth ready. |

| What is really really sad is that if these people are behaving like this in public, it is hard to imagine what they do to these poor animals in the privacy of their homes. It truly breaks my heart |
