Location: MN | Who is the cheapest to get magnesium supplement from? My horse needs it to relax very sore muscles. This is coming from the chiropractic that just worked on her. Thank you |

| We have had great luck with MagRestore.
Itβs important to look at the type/form of magnesium in the supplement as there are a few different forms and they vary greatly in digestion/absorption. The cheapest forms tend to not be very readily absorbed.
Others can comment more fully on that, including what types to look for, Iβm blanking off the top of my head. |

| I've been using MagRestore. I started two of mine on it to help with behavioral issues (nerves, mostly) and have had excellent results. |

| I use magrestore or I just order mag citrate from some herbal companies. I avoid mag oxides they just don't seem to eat it or use it as well |

| I buy mag oxide at the feed store, huge bag, really cheap and no, they don't want to eat it very well so I wet down the grain and sprinkle it on so they have no choice. It's the cheapest way to feed it if that is what you are after. And mine eat it fine as long as the grain is wet down and it sticks. |
