I know most of us are obviously outdoors in the sun, etc so sunblock and skin care is important. I'm 24 and I feel like I have huge tear troughs already! I also work on a farm so I'm outside most of the time..I try to wear sunglasses or ball caps, but not always. What are your over the counter skin care regimens or what do you do for tear troughs?

ETA:
I eat healthy and low carb most of the time, drink lots of water. (Haven't done the best since I went to the beach but getting back on track.)

I have not personally used the products but I have friends who love Rodan and Fields. Pretty sure they have a product for you!

I love and will only use Exederm products. I have super sensitive skin and I've been using their products for years.

I'm a skeptic...and most things I have used failed to show any visible results. But I tried the rodan & fields products about a year ago and I have been impressed. I use the Reverse Lightening Regimen and the Active Hydration Bright Eye complex. The Bright eye stuff works great, and a tube lasts a long time. That might be what you are looking for. I don't sell the stuff...but you can order from the website.

Ha ha ha, I was going to ask this same question but I thought better not maybe it was something new and I'm just not with the program.
So I'm guessing its suppose to be tear ducts then..

I believe its another term for "bags" under the eyes. Being that your young its most likely genetic. A lot of people have naturally puffy eyes. I think I have seen plastic surgeons talk about it and how its mostly just a fat pocket under the eye. I feel your pain though, I have had forehead wrinkles since I can remember and always hated them. I am reaching my upper 20s and now its melasma.

I really like Paula's Choice products. She puts a lot of research into her products and they are affordable. Try the antioxidant serum. Its amazing. I quit using it for a bit and I could tell a big difference. Her website is a wealth of information. Even if your not interested in the products, there is tons of reviews on about any skincare product and info on ingredients. I use Kiehls Ultra Facial Cleanser & Moisturizer as well. Try the Ultra Spf 30 facial moisturizer for day time. Definitely wear those sunglasses!

As a melanoma skin cancer survivor, my advice is WEAR SUNSCREEN every day! Then use a good cleanser, serum, and cream morning and night. Mainly - WEAR SUNSCREEN.

I agree - the most important thing is a high SPF sunscreen to prevent wrinkles, melanoma, etc.

Thanks guys! I'm not sure if mine are completely tear troughs the more I look at pictures but basically wrinkles towards the ends of my eyes and a line that's kinda like a tear trough. And don't worry, I only found out what a tear trough was when I was googling, trying to figure off what the lines were. Lol. I'll look into those products. I need to get on this stuff ASAP. I admit I need to use more sunblock too on my face too. Melanoma runs in my family and I've had A-typical cells removed as well

I wear 100 SPF sunblock every day, wear long-sleeves and gloves when outside (have lots of UPF 50 shirts), long pants and a hat.....I am very serious about avoiding the sun since my melanoma diagnosis. I wear a 50 SPF cream makeup. I really like the Gillz shirts that have the 'turtle' necks I pull up over my nose to cover my face. Yes, I am very serious about protecting myself from the sun. I wish I had known about the evils of sun when I was a kid / teenager. I would NEVER have gotten tan. Although late to the game of sun protection, it has protected my face -- and most people are shocked I am as old as I am. So -- young people: cover up and use blocker every day!!!
