Expert Posts: 1432 Location: Never in one place long	I'm taking a short trip beginning this Saturday to SLC and then a week in Pocatello. Any recommendations? I love hiking, history and unique non chain restaurants. Thanks!

Veteran Posts: 111	Stop by Lava Hot Springs on your way from SLC to Pocatello. It's off the freeway a bit, but it's a great visit. In the little town there's a Thai restaurant that has excellent food.

Elite Veteran Posts: 974 Location: USA	Park City is about 30 minutes away and has a gorgeous resort called Deer Valley where you can go mountain biking. I go skiing there. It’s gorgeous.
