Really wanting to stay with a pellet form, as mixing granules/powder is very complicated with my guy to get to eat! Looking at Oxygen products and also a Lung product by Ukele..anybody have any testimonies? I'm dealing with a bleeder/allergy horse here. Thanks.

It's not pellets, but I have had good luck with EquiPulmin. I was able to take my bleeder off of lasix this year. He thinks it's candy and I just squirt it in his feed bucket and he licks it up. Then I give him another 60ml dose about half an hour before I run

My horse is exactly the same way. Will not eat powder. Has a cough/allergies and is complicated. I have run him on Dex and it doesnt help at all. Be interesting to see what else to try

I give Rx hydroxyzine tablets which is an antihistamine and Pala-tech FA Granules which is high in fatty acids (flaxseed), which help allergies.

I also use EquiPulmin daily and pre-race. Let me know if you have any questions!

If you decide on Oxy and don't already have a rep I'd love to help!  I do free shipping.

Honestly I've tried quite a few and I have seen the best results with plain old flax seed.

Oxypulmon did help one of mine who had a cough after he choked on an (yes 1) alfalfa cube. Its not necessarily a daily supplement though. I wish they made it in a paste form. The oil is messy to give pre-race. I do like it though.

OxyPulmon is definitely a fan favorite!  For something in paste form you could try Rush or O2 pre-race

I usually use Oxyboost, which I just ordered some from you recently! Thanks!

I also use wind aid to open the airways...
