I dont really think theres any left, when we had the BHW cookbooks I think they kinda took a headcount of how many to have made, the date on the books is 2012 Volume 3. I cant remember who did the cookbooks, I would pm Gail and ask her if she remembers who did the last set, maybe theres some left over.. |

Serve when all cream cheese is mixed in. Think there's supposed to be bacon and onions in it too.
Yes, I think half an onion is right? And of course, crumbled bacon on top. |

My little girl decided last night to branch out from her usual chinese style chicken and rice or beef tips and rice and try some pasta with cream sauce I made specifically without dairy so she could have some... She had Chicken and Rice last night and I ate the dairy free cream sauced pasta... Could have had alfredo.... Children are fun.

1 30 oz bag of frozen southern style hash-brown potatoes.
1/3 cup chopped onion.
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
2 cans of chicken or vegetable broth 14.5 oz each.
1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of celery soup.
1 package Cream Cheese softened.
shredded cheese optional for serving. |
