Location: Montgomery TX | I used the "X" program for a while and it just is not cost effective for me at all. But I did feel good - but all them pills all the time. It got old pretty quick.
Since then, I have found that GNC Women Energy and Metabolism with iron (23ish dollars for 90 day supply) is helping me feel pretty darn good - I also got a GNC brand probiotic that I like, but I don't remember which one specifically it is because the girl working there recommended it and I didn't really pay much attention to the front of the box. Along with a balanced diet and exercise program, I feel as good as I did on all them X supplements. |

Flintstones and Kombucha
I do like Kombucha...
I donβt know if I feel any different, but when I want something other than water it keeps me away from the soda. |

Location: The best kept secret in TX | Rainbow Light is an all Natural Vitamin. I take it daily with extra vitamin C during Cold and Flue Season to make sure I don't get sick. My little one has an auto immune disease and I can't afford to get her sick. She stays on Rainbow Light Kids vitamins and extra Vitamin C through Elderberry Syrup that I SOMETIMES make myself. Most of the time I get it from a local Momma who makes it. She LOVES the taste of Elderberry. I even give her Vitamin C gummies as "treats" since she's allergic to most candies.
As for a probiotic I see that Rainbow Light also makes one but I've never taken it. Their products are top notch. Found them when I was pregnant. My midwife had me on a few supplements and a prenatal from them.
Yogurt with active or live culters with no sugar, buttermilk, and pickles are also packed full of probiotics. |

Brings up a good point.
If you have an adventerous pallet, any naturally fermented food is a great source of good bugs.

Location: Spokompton, Wa | I swear by Myovite's. I get them from our nutrition store here. And it says 2 packs per day. You only need one. So it's 44 day supply.

Location: Armuchee, GA, NW section of Ga | As someone who has to take daily vitamins and being 64, I try to get the ones that are specific for gender & seniors. But I also have a family member who has crohns disease that suggested prenatial vitamins. So I take one of each daily and that seems to work well. My physician has no problems or comments about any problems other than suggesting my iron is low and my B12 levels high. I also tend to watch sale items at the local pharmacy, 20-30% off really adds up at the check out and helps the bottom line. When I do find this, I usually buy several for the savings.
Sorry, edited for spelling errors
