Location: Montana | But he's so cute and smart and sweet. And I'm trying to build up a bit of a horse training/lessons business in my area.
Meet "Romeo", registered name PA Otto Smoke Em. Grandson of Frenchmans Guy and Smoke N Sparks. Super excited about him! He's just a yearling, but I've not had a young horse traveling 400+ miles and settling in so well, hardly any squealing, acted like he'd hauled his whole life. Can't wait to start working with him!

Location: Montana | veintiocho - 2018-10-24 11:50 AM Nice! He comes from some good people. (: He is a super fun and smart colt! And the folks he came from are super to work with. I'm anxious to see how he does. :)
Just got home yesterday, and worked with him slightly today, he's curious and interested and very smart. He tries. Hope we're a good fit and I hope I do him justice! I've worked with colts before, so I'm not new at it, but its like starting with a kindergartener, have to remember that he doesn't know unlike my broke horses (who know and just be naughty if they can get away with it, LOL).
According to here and Facebook I may or may not be horse crazy, although double digit numbers of horses seems to be crazier than single digit numbers of horses, LOL. No husband yet to tell me if he thinks I am or not! LOL

Awesome! I love his registered name, but we have some Otto relatives, so don't really want to go with that for a barn name. |
