|  So, I have no idea on the truth value of this.....but there sure are a ton of these noise dampening walls around big cities! I'm sure they aren't cheap...and IMO, if you choose to live next to an interstate, that's your own problem.

You are right Nateracer, when they built that toll road threw here a few years back it really screwed up alot of homeowners and land owners land and looks.. |

It's growing into a real problem in SW NM..
The border patrol is apprehending hundreds..almost daily coming across our barb wire fence AKA the border.
Farmers and ranchers are witnessing massive increases in traffic in Antelope Wells.
Those apprehended..are processed, and any needing medical assistance are shuttled back in forth to our local hospitals by our enduring border patrol agents....it's overwhelming...and we foot the bill..
It's costing us taxpayers $95.000 just to feed them in one month alone, and no signs of it slowing down...
Most are sent to El Paso...but there's thousands being held near Lordsburg, NM.
These people have no idea of cleanliness, and sanitation isn't a priority..
We are required to have state of the art facilities for them..showers, sleeping areas, and they regularly defecate on the floors..throw dirty diapers and garbage anywhere..
The border patrol gets to clean up after them daily..with no gratitude. They carry their country flags..with no intentions of assimilating, and becoming American.
I personally think Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi..need to spend some time down here..so they can have poo thrown at them..
We want border security!!!!!!! Now!

The BP are now required to drive busloads of kids and sick adults...to our local hospital..daily..
