what age do you consider a horse a senior?  I have a 16 yr old gelding on Total Equine (TE) now and the gal I get it from willl no longer be a dealer so I was going to switch to TC naturals. He is an easy keeper, big boned and as access to hay 24/7. I feed beet pulp and alfalfa pellets soaked in his pm feed with a carrot, He currently gets 4 lbs of TE wondering if I should go TC Senior instead

I feed BB Senior Therapy. I feed it to almost all the horses I run their ages range from 6-14. I love it. most of mine only get 4-6lbs a day. I have some older horses that are 23 & 34 on it. They both get 8lbs a day.

It is soft, they look great and feel great. BB also have alfalfa pellets tht are very clean and a different hay stretcher call Performance Plus, it is a little larger then a pellet.
