US Rider is the only roadside assistance company I’m aware of that will change a tire with horses loaded or tow a trailer with horses loaded. I used to have AAA until they told me they won’t do anything with live animals due to liability issues!

USRider has saved me a few times. The last time was when i was traveling without horses on I95 and stopped at a rest stop. Well the truck happened to have a cracked $7 o-ring and so i lost all breaks. Well called AAA since the family has had them for 20+ years, and was told they wouldnt touch my truck since it was bigger then a 2500 (its a 3500 dually thats my daily driver). Called usrider and they got us a tow truck where we needed to go.

The 2 I know of are Trailguard and US Rider. US Rider does not have the best reviews. The quality of service seems to depend on your location.  Trailguard seems to get pretty good reviews but they are twice as much.

When I was in Dallas, TX with a dually, US Rider let me down too when they kept organizing the wrong type of tow truck for the dually. They messed it up 3 times and I was stuck for 5 hours before a flat bed tow truck just happened to drive by and stopped to help. I was so glad I didn't have a trailer or horses with me. Won't ever use them again.
