She's finished, solid, push style, not too bendy, not too stiff, and she has no vices or issues that need correcting or anything along those lines. When I started her, she ran in a smooth mouth o-ring snaffle/no tie down but it just wasn't quite enough as we added speed. She now runs in a twisted wire dogbone simplicity but I feel like it's just a little bit too much even with a loose curb chain. I considered putting her in a twisted wire dogbone o-ring, but my concern is that we would not have enough lift should I need it. Y'all have any ideas for something that's a little bit more than an o-ring but a little bit less than a simplicity? She works best in twisted wire dog bones or chain mouthpieces.. |
