I'm wondering if someone would be willing to help me look up information on my father he was a sculpture and I would like to write a story on him but I'm having a hard time getting started on his history he was born August 41917 in Grangevill Idaho to Jeffery and Louise Swan.

Have you already looked on the genealogy sites to gather information?

I've looked through a few and they say you have to join to use it.

I usually have a subscription to Ancestry.com but haven’t had time to use it and my internet has gotten so bad it is ridiculous. You can go to the library and use it for free. You will probably have to get a library card to use the computers but that isn’t a big deal. It is free. 

familysearch.org is free
