I think it depends on two things .......
If it is a previous "training" issue, I would only disclose IF asked. Those issues CAN be fixed!
If it is a serious on-going lameness problem that is not being disclosed, yes, I would contact them.
I contacted the broker. She said she was going to take ad down. She hasn’t. So guess she doesn’t care that the horse is not what the ad says.
