| Psalm 278:17-33. But they sinned even more against Him by rebelling the Most High in the wilderness. And they tested God in their heart by asking for the food of their fancy. Yes they spoke against god; they said, "Can God prepare a table in the wilderness?" Behold, He struck the rock, so that the waters gushed out, and the streams overflowed. Can He give bread also? Can He provide meat for His people? Therefore the Lord heard this and was furious. So a fire kindled ageist Jacob, and anger also came up against Israel, because they did not believe in God, and did not trust in His salvation. Yet He had commanded the clouds above, and opened the doors of heaven, hand rained down manno on them to eat, and given them of the bread of heaven. Men ate angels' food; He sent them food to the full. He caused the east wind to blow in the heavens; and by His power He brought the south wind. He also rained meat on them like the dust, feathered fowl like the sand of the seas: and He let them fall in the midst of their camp, all around their dwellings. So they ate and were well filled, for He gave them their own desire. They were not deprived of their craving; but while their food was still in their mouths; the wrath of God came against them, and slew the stoutest of them, and stuck down the choice men of Israel. In spite of this they still Sind, and did not believe in His wondrous works. Therefore their days He consumed in futility and their years in fear. Just as a child ran up to the strong man, the body builder that had demonstrated lifting heavy weights, asking "Can you pick me up?" Israel asked the Lord a similarly childish question. God had brought them out of Egypt with a mighty hand, yet they wondered, "Can God prepare a table in the wilderness?" Though He had cared for them in the past, they worried God would let them starve. Their unbelief angered God, but He compassoiontely provided for His people. Still, they did not trust Him, and fear consumed their lives.vv 32.33. God is MORE THAN ABLE to CARRY you and PROVIDED FOR your needs. Are you filled with God's peace and provision , or are you worried about today? BELIEVE, HAVE FAITH, AND TRUST GOD...He IS STILL IN CONTROL and has compassion for His people... Is'nt this what the world is still doing today? Doubting God? ASKING God, for what they ALREADY HAVE? And want proof of God's amazing grace? This really touched my heart today, so sad so very sad, that people,, and even believers of God, still question, Him...WOW just WOW.how can this be? That God our Father, His Son died for me, us, and we still don't believe , tears flowing down my cheeks this morning, compassion for my Lord and Savior. That He has to seem to prove Himself over and over, and over and over again...wasn't dying for us ENOUGH? WELL Lord, it is for me... with open mind, heart and soul, I BELIEVE . For it is WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE Matthew 19:26. I pray this message today, will OPEN your heart, soul, and mind you SEE, FEEL, and KNOW the compassion of God. HAPPY BLESSED THANKSGIVING ALL... |
